Stephen Powers is an Akron native and a third-generation member of Pappas Realty Co. From an early age, he knew he wanted to continue his family’s legacy in commercial real estate. Honest, direct, and naturally positive, Stephen approaches every relationship with integrity and respect.

With more than a decade of experience as a Commercial Advisor, Stephen works with property owners, investors, and business owners across virtually all areas of commercial real estate. Stephen is married to the love of his life, Allyssa, and together they have two sons, Jack and Teddy. The Powers family are members of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Akron, Ohio.
