Patrick Powers

Patrick Powers is from Akron, OH and grew up working at Pappas Realty Co.

He graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, majoring in Finance and minoring in Economics.

Today he lives in West Akron with his wife Christina and two daughters, Alanna and Estelle and cat Lexi. He enjoys music, cooking, golf, biking, camping, traveling and spending time with his family and friends. 

As a Broker, Patrick’s knowledge and experience with investment property and commercial real estate sales/leasing is a true asset to property owners and investors. His clients in Akron and Northeast Ohio appreciate Patrick’s “professionalism, knowledge and communication”. 

Contract negotiation & closing, multifamily/investment property sales, valuations, marketing and client/customer service are just some of Patrick’s assets.  Patrick is apart of Pappas Realty as a 3rd generation family member.  He is the older brother of Stephen Powers and together they are the Powers Brothers, Commercial Real Estate Team.
